The thing that shifted photography from a hobby to a passion for me is the emotion behind photos. It is incredible how a photo can bring back so many memories that would otherwise have been forgotten. ​

I love being around people & getting to know them. There is an enormous amount of diversity that people possess & it is exciting for me to explore that & to capture little pieces of others' lives. I am pretty chill & go with the flow because forming connections with people so they can relax & enjoy the process is a win-win. I believe that God made the most beautiful creation, so I get excited over natural lighting & sceneries.

Weddings are my favorite because playing a small role of two people committing to one another for the rest of their life is such an honor.

When I am not taking photos you can find me watching the Office or other quality shows, traveling as much as I can, playing board games, making bad puns, & obsessing over my nieces & nephew.

I married Joshua Cassell in July of 2021. He is a handsome old soul who gives the best advice & balances me out. Wedding planning has been an eye opening process of how much there is to do! I have a new respect for brides! LOL
